Photography is my passion and has been since I first picked up a camera over 30 years ago. It was a hobby long before it became my occupation and remains so to this day. I still get an adrenalin rush and a sense of excitement whenever I pick up a camera.
Most of my working life has been in customer service and I have always had a fairly simple belief that if I work harder and set higher standards than my competitors then I would be successful. That ethos lives with me.
As a Professional Photographer, I am committed to providing you with exceptional quality images, a service which will not be bettered and a memory that you will cherish for all time.

It doesnt seem like 5 minutes since i was airing my hopes and wishes for 2009. Wow how time flies!!
Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who employed my services last year. It exceeded all expectations and the sheer variety of work made it by far the most satisfying time of my working life. Thanks to my clients from Bristol and the new friends from Devon who have found me by recomendation and sometimes just through the internet search engines. I obviously got something right in the design of this website.
It would be nice to report that I am now fabulously rich but the reality is that I have reinvested heavily into the business .
I have the latest Elinchrom portable quadra lights that enable me to effectively undertake studio type shoots anywhere - whether it be a family shoot in your home , an urban fashion shoot or even surfers at the seaside. I really want to test these lights so if you have a challenge for me then please get in touch.
Nikon brought out a whole range of cameras and lenses last year and being a typical male , I had to invest in some of the latest gadgets. The reality is that they take great Photographs in really poor light and this can be so important for wedding photographs.
The website has seen a new client gallery added towards the end of last year and that makes it so much easier to display the Photographs which i take. Each section is protected by a password for confidentiality and if you choose to give the password to your friends and family then they can see the photographs for themselves.
A blog has been added but I have been a little remiss with that and slow keeping it updated. That is my new year's resolution. As the year goes on you guys will be able to see if I have broken my resolution or managed to stick with it.
Bookings for 2010 are dramatically increased on the same period last year - mainly weddings. I just love the adrenalin rush of a wedding and genuinely feel it is an honour if a bride and groom employ my services to record and share the happiest day of their lives.
I have invested in new production software to guarantee that the Dvd's which I provide will have you in tears ( of joy).
Throughout my working life, I have always judged success not just on my ability to enjoy a reasonable lifestyle but to provide customers ( many of whom become friends ) with a service which exceeds their expectations.
One of the last portrait shoots that I did in 2009 was for Amy and her lovely family. I delivered her Photographs as promised and she sent me a note to tell me how thrilled she was and that she would be recommending me to family and friends.
That is what you call job satisfaction!!
